On-Site Requirement
This position is an on-site role based in Bucharest, Romania. We require a minimum of 3 days per week on premises to facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Harness the power of data by utilizing Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and ad optimization to enhance ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
- Generate insightful reports and deliver performance updates to clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt and evolve our strategies.

Qualifications:
